Our 10-Year Warranty Promise

At Australian Roller Blinds we stand behind the quality of our products.

That’s why we’re proud to offer a comprehensive 10-year warranty on all materials, parts, and workmanship.

This includes fabrics, mechanisms, and components.

What’s Covered

  • Defects in materials, parts, and workmanship resulting in product failure.
  • Repair or full replacement of defective products.

How to Claim Your Warranty

  1. Contact us: Get in touch with our customer support team at enquiries@australianrollerblinds.com.au to report the issue. 
  2. Provide evidence: Send us photos and information about the defect.
  3. Leave the rest to us: We’ll arrange everything else, including repair or replacement.

Warranty Limitations

  • Products must not be modified, subjected to misuse, improper installation, or improper cleaning.
  • Normal wear and tear, including natural fabric fading and fabric movement (such as slight shrinkage or stretching), is not covered under the warranty.
  • The warranty only covers product failure; if the product still functions, the warranty does not apply.
  • The customer must provide the original sales invoice to make a warranty claim.

Fabric marks or pulls must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product. Failure to report within this time frame may result in the claim being denied.

Whilst we strive for an exact replacement, some products may only be replaced with a similar product due to changes in colour ranges and components over time.

This warranty is in addition to any rights and remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
